Due to weather conditions, the Gatton-Clifton Road, Heifer Creek Crossing No. 6 road closure has been extended to Friday 20 May 2022. Gatton-Clifton Road will be closed to ALL traffic at Heifer Creek Crossing No.6.
Heavy vehicles travelling between Gatton and Clifton are recommended to detour via Toowoomba using Toowoomba Connection Road and the New England Highway.
Heifer Creek Crossing No.6 is located on Gatton-Clifton Road 3km north of the intersection with Lagoon Creek and Macginley Roads at West Haldon. Remediation work on the bridge includes replacing the decking, resurfacing and guardrail replacement.
