Detectives have charged a man with murder following the death of a 37-year-old Tamborine Mountain man on June 29.
Emergency crews were called to the Tolima Drive address at approximately 12.15pm and found a man had sustained fatal head and upper body injuries.
A 36-year-old Paradise Point man was charged this morning with one count of murder.
It will be further alleged the two men were known to each other.
He will appear at Southport Magistrates Court tomorrow morning.
