MDBA
The updated 2024 factors have been released by the New South Wales government for entitlement classes in Sustainable Diversion Limit (SDL) resource units within the following accredited water resource plans (WRPs):
- Border Rivers
- Intersecting Streams
- Macquarie-Castlereagh
- Murrumbidgee
These 2024 LTDLE factors were endorsed by an independent review commissioned by the MDBA .
The MDBA has adopted these factors for the purpose of water recovery estimates, on the basis that the methods used to determine these were consistent with those used in 2018 and represent best available information. The updated 2024 NSW factors have no impact on entitlements or allocations.
