Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate Hiang Lay.
The 43-year-old man is wanted on warrant for failing to appear at court on theft-related offences.
Lay is known to frequent the St Albans, Kings Park, Sunshine, Braybrook and Melton areas.
Investigators have released an image of Lay in the hope that someone may be able to provide information on his current whereabouts.
