Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate Kirk Martin.
The 49-year-old is wanted on warrant in relation to deception offences.
Martin is described as about 180cm tall with a solid build and short hair.
Martin is known to frequent the Altona North, Werribee and Millgrove areas.
Investigators have released an image of Martin in the hope that someone may have information on his current whereabouts.
