A woman’s body has been pulled from the water at Bondi Beach.
Just after 12.20am today (Sunday 6 September 2026), emergency services were called to Bondi Beach, following reports a woman was unresponsive in the water.
On arrival, officers attached to Eastern Suburbs Police Area Command removed the woman from the water.
Police immediately performed CPR on the woman; however, she could not be revived.
She is yet to be formally identified.
Police commenced an investigation into the incident.
A report will be prepared for the information of the Coroner.
