Alyssa Wallbank received the Youth of the Month Award at the December 2023 Ordinary Council Meeting.
Alyssa is 13 years of age, lives in Cabonne and attends James Sheahan Catholic High School.
Alyssa’s sporting achievements include; Western Regional Academy of Sport member, NSW Regional Athletics Champion State Athletic representative and National qualifier and best and fairest in netball this season.
Alyssa holds the title in the region for the fastest in her age group for the 80m and 200m Hurdles.
Alyssa’s community involvement includes little athletics, netball and touch football.
Alyssa is incredibly driven to achieve her dream in athletics, training 5-6 days per week.
