The ADC underpins a fundamental obligation of all providers to engage with the regulator and provide accurate information.
The 2024 ADC will be available on 1 February 2024 and must be submitted by 29 February 2024.
The ADC can only be completed by the person who is legally responsible for the registration of the RTO (the listed Chief Executive Officer).
