Seven projects across leading Australian universities will share funding from the MRFF’s 2023 Multidisciplinary Models of Primary Care grant opportunity (Streams 1, 2 and 3). These projects will help transform patients’ access to safe, equitable and efficient primary care by:
- improving primary care for older people and those in regional and remote areas
- realising the promise and potential of digital health
- establishing a consortium that will look at new and better ways to deliver primary care and improve health outcomes.
Funding is from the MRFF’s Emerging Priorities and Consumer-Driven Research and Primary Health Care Research initiatives under the $50 million MRFF Primary Health Research Plan.
