Australian medical technology company LBT Innovations (ASX:LBT) has announced that its chair, Joanne Moss, will retire from its board in the coming months.
The company said the decision is due to her increased professional work commitment. It said it has commenced the recruitment process for a successor.
LBT Innovations is focused on the development of products in microbiology automation.
Ms Moss said, “As part of the transition process, I remain committed to ensuring an orderly handover and look forward to working with the Board to appoint a high-quality replacement Chair.”
