Appeal after cannabis plants worth nearly $500,000 seized, NSW

Investigations are continuing after police located a hydroponic set up and cannabis plants worth almost $500,000.

About 7.45am today (Tuesday 10 March 2020), Officers attached to Camden Police Area Command and Bass Hill Region Enforcement Squad (RES) executed a search warrant a home in Banfield Street, Oran Park.

During the search officers located a hydroponic set up and 129 cannabis plants.

The plants have an estimated potential street value of $453,000

As inquiries are continuing police will urge anyone with information or anyone who saw anything suspicious to come forward.
