Appeal for dashcam vision after serious crash Greenacre, NSW

Police are appealing for public assistance as they investigate a crash in Greenacre last night.

About 8.40pm on Wednesday 6 April 2022, emergency services were called to the intersection of Roberts Road and Amarina Avenue, Greenacre, following reports a Kawasaki motorcycle and an Audi RS3 collided.

Police have been told the motorcycle and Audi collided, causing the Audi to spin. The impact caused the rider to be thrown from his motorcycle,

The rider, a 24-year-old man, was treated at the scene by NSW Ambulance paramedics before being taken to St George Hospital for further assessment and treatment.

The driver of Audi, a 20-year-old man, was breath tested at the scene and returned a negative reading.

Officers from Auburn Police Area Command commenced an investigation into the circumstances surrounding the incident.

A crime scene was established, and both the Audi and the motorcycle have been seized for forensic examination.
