Appeal for dashcam vision after truck and motorbike crash near Albury, NSW

Police are appealing for information after a crash between a truck and a motorbike in the state’s south.

About 5.15pm yesterday (Monday 15 June 2020), emergency services were called to the intersection of Wagga Road and Thurgoona Drive, Lavington, following reports a prime mover truck and motorbike had collided.

The motorcyclist, a 21-year-old man, was taken to Albury Base Hospital with fractures to his arm and foot.

The driver of the truck, a 46-year-old man, was not injured and was taken to hospital for mandatory testing.

Officers from Murray River Police District established a crime scene and commenced inquiries into the circumstances surrounding the crash.

As inquiries continue, investigators would like to speak with any motorists who may have witnessed the incident or may have dashcam footage from the area.
