Ashurst advises Mirvac on A$7.7 billion AMP office fund

Global law firm Ashurst has advised Mirvac Limited in relation to the proposed replacement of AMP Capital Investors Limited (AMPCI) as trustee of AMP Capital Wholesale Office Fund (AWOF)

This included advising in relation to formulating a strategy for the unsolicited proposal to the existing trustee, liaising directly with investors to convene a meeting of members to vote directly on the proposed replacement, and negotiating transaction documents with counsel for the investors and AMPCI.
