Ashurst advises Pema Invest Advisory GmbH in establishment of Luxembourg real estate debt fund

Global law firm Ashurst is advising Pema Invest Advisory GmbH with the establishment of a Luxembourg SCA SICAV-RAIF and its initial sub-fund.

Pema is a German based investment advisor, and the fund will have a real estate debt investment objective targeting EUR 300 million total commitments.

The Ashurst team has assisted in every step of set-up, including the drafting of the documentation as well as the incorporation of the general partner and the fund.

Partner Antonios Nezeritis leads the team with support from counsel Marc Hirtz and associate Thécla Madonna in Luxembourg, with partner Detmar Loff and senior associate Ilka Breuer advising on German financial regulatory matters.
