After an extensive search process the Board of Evolve FM is excited to announce Shane Hamilton as Evolve FM’s incoming CEO.
Shane is a respected leader with executive experience across corrective services, housing and professional services sectors in government and corporate enterprises. Most recently, Shane was the CEO of the NSW Aboriginal Housing Office and he now joins Evolve FM from his role as the head of PwC’s Indigenous Consulting in NSW and ACT.
Shane will commence as Evolve FM CEO on the 20 April 2020 following handover from Mark Coleman who has been leading Evolve FM as interim.
Evolve FM is jointly owned by privately-held Indigenous-owned building and construction company PSG Holdings and public company, JLL. Evolve FM is one of three property services companies that have been contracted to deliver property services to Australian Government entities under the Whole of Australian Government Property Services Coordinated Procurement https://www.finance.gov.au/publications/policy/property-services-coordinated-procurement
Shane’s appointment is a pivotal moment for Australian and Indigenous business. His appointment results in Evolve FM being Australia’s only company under the Whole of Australian Government property services arrangement and only facilities management company in Australia that is majority Indigenous owned and led by an Indigenous chair and CEO.
