The previous bushfire warning has changed.
Queensland Fire and Emergency Services (QFES) crews remain on scene at a bushfire burning at Binna Burra, south of MacKenzie Road. There’s no threat to property at this time. Crews will be on scene overnight to monitor and respond to changing conditions. Crews will also remain on scene over the next several days to strengthen containment lines. Smoke may affect nearby areas. If affected, residents should close windows and doors and keep respiratory medications close by. Motorists should drive with caution and to conditions. If residents are concerned their property is under threat, they are advised to call Triple Zero (000) immediately.
