Officers from the Major Crash Investigation Section are seeking information regarding a fatal crash in Brabham yesterday, Friday 29 December 2023.
About 12:10pm, a Ford Falcon utility was being driven south-east on Fairmount Boulevard, near the intersection of Mayfield Drive, when the vehicle left the road and struck the fence of a property at the corner of Fairmount Boulevard and Mayfield Drive.
Members of the public provided emergency first aid to the driver until police and St John WA personnel arrived.
The driver of the vehicle – a 61-year-old woman – was taken by St John WA to hospital, where she later died.
