Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate Bradley Gale.
The 44-year-old is wanted on warrant in relation to assault, driving, theft and drug offences.
Gale is perceived as being Aboriginal in appearance, 190cm tall, with a medium build, brown eyes and short grey hair.
He is known to frequent the Melton and Sunshine areas but may also be interstate in Queensland.
Investigators have released an image of Gale in the hope someone may be able to provide information on his current whereabouts.
