STATEMENT: Breast Cancer Network Australia’s Helpline to open this

weekend due to coronavirus outbreak

(13 March 2020) With the uncertainty of the COVID-19 (coronavirus) outbreak,

we know many people with breast cancer will have increased concerns or

questions.

To support those affected, and to help reduce the burden on the healthcare

system, Breast Cancer Network Australia (BCNA) is opening its Helpline this

weekend.

BCNA’s Helpline will be open from 9am-5pm AEDT on Saturday and Sunday.

To talk to a trained cancer nurse people can call 1800 500 258.
