Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate Bruce Hines.
The 42-year-old is wanted on three outstanding warrants for failing to appear at court in relation to unlicensed driving and theft offences.
Hines is described as having a solid build, black hair and brown eyes.
He is known to frequent the Mildura area.
Investigators have released an image of Hines in the hope someone may be able to provide information on his current whereabouts.
