Jen Butler just doesn’t get it.
Desperate for a “gotcha moment” in Parliament, Ms Butler demonstrated her complete ignorance of standard departmental practices with respect to Right to Information requests and processing.
As usual, Ms Butler got it completely wrong in Parliament.
Right to information requests and processing are dealt with by Departments, at arm’s length from Ministers.
