In accordance with the Health Practitioner Regulation National Law WA) Act 2010 (the Act), the Minister for Health seeks nominations from suitably qualified and registered health practitioners to represent their profession and community members as consumers for the following boards:
- WA Board of the Medical Board of Australia
- WA Board of the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia
- NT, SA and WA Board of the Psychology Board of Australia.
Board meetings are held monthly and members may be eligible for remuneration.
The Act is available on the Parliamentary Counsel’s Office legislation website (external site).
