Major Crash investigators have charged a 32-year-old man in relation to a fatal crash that occurred in Cardup yesterday, 13 August 2020.
The 32-year-old man from Mirrabooka has been charged with two counts of Careless driving causing death, grievous bodily harm or bodily harm.
He is due to appear in Armadale Magistrates Court on 11 September 2020.
