The CDPP 2020-21 Annual Report was tabled in Parliament on Wednesday 20 October 2021.

The report shares our achievements and outcomes in 2020-21 and gives an overview of the way we work.

It highlights how we have leveraged our transformation program to ensure cultural, digital and business processes were optimised for an efficient and effective prosecution service in a pandemic environment.

The case studies featured demonstrate the diverse matters we have successfully prosecuted. They highlight important results for the CDPP’s legal practice and demonstrate the evolving and expanding nature of the work we do.

It also outlines our performance against our purpose, highlights our key priorities and makes our financial reporting transparent.

The Annual Report is available under the Publications page.

The CDPP’s 2021-25 Corporate Plan is also available and aims to guide and connect our work, our people and our partners.

This plan will guide annual business and operational planning across our national prosecutions practice through to 2025.
