Construction of the new water reservoirs at Pine Hill has almost been completed.
Council is now at the stage of checking for leaks and disinfecting the reservoirs, which needs to be completed before they can be brought into operation.
The new reservoirs will need to be filled to check for leaks.
This filling is scheduled to commence on Tuesday 18 January 2022 and expected to be completed by Friday 21 January 2022.
It will place extra load into the system and may result in lower water pressures throughout the Pine Hill supply zone.
Residents are advised that they may experience lower water pressure than normal when the new reservoirs are being filled.
To minimise the impact for the residents, Council has scheduled this activity during the night between 9PM and 7AM.
