Clayton theft and deception

Kingston Crime Investigation Unit detectives are investigating following a theft of petrol in Clayton on 23 October.

Investigators have been told an unknown woman attended a convenience store in Wellington Road and stole petrol at 10.25am.

The woman was driving a blueToyota Corolla with stolen plates ZLW690.

Those plates were stolen earlier that day (23 October) in either Cheltenham or Clayton.

Detectives have released images of a woman who they believe may be able to assist with their enquiries.

The woman is perceived to be Caucasian in appearance, aged in her late 20s, with blonde hair.
