Football is more than a game, it’s a powerful connector of people, cultures, and communities.
Across Australia, clubs are embracing Diversity, Equality and Inclusion (DEI) to ensure football is a sport where everyone belongs. Each month, Member Federations recognise a Club Changer of the Month: a club that demonstrates leadership in creating inclusive, welcoming environments for players, coaches, volunteers, and families. This month, nine outstanding clubs have been celebrated for setting the standard in DEI both on and off the field.
