The Compliance update for 1 January to 31 March 2023 is now available. It provides information on activities related to our compliance and enforcement priorities.
This update includes:
- civil proceedings against Solar PV installation company and its directors
- notice of intention to disqualify installer from Small-scale Renewable Energy Scheme (SRES)
- renewable energy power stations suspension
- ongoing investigation results in Registry conditions
- compliance and assurance for the Australian Carbon Credit Unit (ACCU) Scheme
- high compliance rates with the 2021-22 National Greenhouse and Energy Reporting (NGER) scheme
- enforceable undertakings.
