Joondalup Police have charged a 29-year-old woman in relation to an incident at a restaurant in Connolly on Friday 30 June 2023.
About 6:35pm a group of people attended the restaurant on Glenelg Place. It will be alleged the woman refused to leave the premises when asked to do so by staff. It will be further alleged she acted in a disorderly manner.
A 29-year-old woman from Bicton has been charged by Summons with:
– Trespass
– Remained in vicinity of licensed premises
– Disorderly behaviour in a public place
She is due to appear in Joondalup Magistrates Court on Monday 7 August 2023.
The investigations into this incident and a second incident at the same restaurant on Saturday 8 July 2023 are ongoing.
