Willoughby City
After closing for renovations in late September, the Victor Street entrance to Willoughby City Council is now open from Monday 13 December, 2021.
The ground floor lifts in the foyer at 31 Victor Street Chatswood provide access to the Customer Service Centre on Level 4.
Works continue on the rest of the site. We’re creating a new customer service area on the ground floor of the Willoughby City Council administration building to provide a better experience for our community.
The new Customer Service Centre is expected to be completed and opened in February 2022.
