Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate David Moda.
The 45-year-old is wanted on warrant in relation to a theft offence.
Moda is Caucasian, about 180cm tall, of medium build with brown eyes and black hair.
He is known to frequent the Richmond and Northcote areas as well as shopping centres in Melbourne’s eastern suburbs.
Investigators have released an image of Moda in the hope someone may be able to provide information on his current whereabouts.
