Our Social Support clients from both Glen Eira and Bayside centres joined forces for one huge, combined outing, bringing together around 100 participants.
Our adventure began aboard two large coaches, followed by a beautiful ferry crossing across Port Phillip Bay. Once we arrived in Queenscliff, everyone enjoyed a delicious lunch, some relaxed shopping, and time to explore the charming coastal town before the comfortable coach ride home.

To participate, you’ll need to register through My Aged Care via their website or call them on 1800 200 422 to ask for a reference code for ‘Social Support Groups’.
