Deer Park and St Albans Library community consultation

Brimbank Council is developing future plans for St Albans and Deer Park libraries and is seeking feedback on how it can improve services in the future.

Brimbank Mayor, Cr Lucinda Congreve invited and encouraged community members to come along to a community consultation session, or to provide feedback via an online survey.

“Brimbank’s five libraries are extremely important to our community and they are very well used by people of all ages.

“We need to make sure these spaces continue to evolve to meet the needs of the community.

“Brimbank’s Community Services and Infrastructure Plan (2018-2038) identified the need for St Albans and Deer Park libraries to expand as our community continues to grow.

“Now we want to hear from the community, to listen to their ideas and suggestions on how we can ensure these two libraries can continue to provide inclusive, accessible and welcoming spaces for people to learn, create, socialise and share ideas and resources,” Cr Congreve said.

Share your ideas at a drop-in community consultation session on:
