A man has been charged with high-range drink driving in Sydney North West
About 4pm on Tuesday (18 February 2020), a man driving a grey Honda CRV was blocking a driveway on Kissing Point Road, Dundas.
Officers from Cumberland Traffic and Highway Patrol Command attended and spoke with the man.
The man was subjected to a roadside breath test, which returned a positive result.
He was arrested and taken to Granville Police Station, where a breath analysis returned on alleged reading of 0.276.
The 50-year-old male was charged with drive motor vehicle during disqualification period and drive with high range.
The man has been refused bail to appear at Parramatta local court on Wednesday 1 April 2020.
