Diversity And Inclusion Strategy 2026-29

The CDPP’s Diversity and Inclusion Strategy 2026-29 is now available.

The strategy demonstrates the CDPP’s commitment to embedding a diverse and inclusive workplace that reflects the diversity of the Australian community we serve, enhances the experience of our staff, and allows us to deliver an effective, high-quality prosecution service.

The strategy provides a three-year roadmap that sets out our commitments to:

  • ensuring diversity and inclusion are actively and visibly promoted.
  • equipping the CDPP workforce with the knowledge and skills required to embrace and embed workplace inclusion across the Office.
  • driving a consistent, supportive, and respectful approach to inclusion and seek to create career pathways for diverse talent.

The strategy is available on the Diversity and Inclusion page.
