A single vehicle crash in Dooen on 19 November has turned fatal.
A ute was traveling on the Henty Highway just before 7.30am when the vehicle veered onto the other side of the road and collided with a tree.
The driver and only occupant was transported to hospital at the time with serious injuries.
The 74-year-old Horsham man has died in hospital.
The exact circumstances surrounding the crash are yet to be established and police will prepare a report for the coroner.
