Drug traffickers face court

Four men will face court today charged with drug trafficking offences following a search at Woodville North last night.

Western District Police attended a Woodville North home about 7pm on Tuesday 20 October and conducted a search.

As a result, officers located approximately 862g of methamphetamine, 74g of MDMA powder, 28 MDMA tablets, 2kg of dried cannabis, 2 litres of fantasy and over $14, 000 in cash.

Police arrested four men at the property –

  • A 50-year-old man from Woodville North
  • A 37-year-old man Woodville North
  • A 29-year-old man Semaphore Park
  • A 38-year-old man from Findon

The four men have been charged with trafficking a large commercial quantity of methamphetamine, cannabis and fantasy, trafficking a commercial quantity of MDMA and money laundering.

The men were refused bail and will appear in the Port Adelaide Magistrates Court today.
