Northern Territory Police and NT Fire and Rescue Service were called to a vehicle fire near Marshall Court Kilgariff at about 1:20am on Tuesday.
Fire units quickly arrived to find a Volvo SUV parked in the driveway fully alight. The fire had started to spread to a window frame of the unit.
Occupants of the unit and adjacent unit were evacuated.
Fire crews quickly extinguished the fire, before police declared a crime scene.
A fire investigator and forensics have assessed the scene and the investigation is continuing.
