There will be drive-through and walk-up testing at Epping Soccer Stadium car park on Wednesday 7 and Thursday 8 October.
Entry is via Harvest Home Road and the testing site will be open from 9.30am until 4.30pm.
Testing continues at Waterview Recreation Reserve in Mernda as well as drive-through testing at the Northern Hospital.
