The Albanese Government is seeking expressions of interest from suitably qualified people to serve as judges of the Federal Court of Australia.
Candidates are sought who:
- meet the legislative requirements for statutory appointment
- have deep expertise in areas of law likely to come before the Court
- possess exceptional legal, organisational, decision-making and communication skills
- are committed to serving all members of our community.
The Government encourages applications from candidates reflecting the diversity of the Australian community.
