Police and emergency services are currently at the scene of a fatal collision involving a cyclist in Horsham.
Emergency services were called to Dimboola Road after reports of a collision between a vehicle and cyclist about 6.30am.
The cyclist, a 24-year-old Horsham man, died at the scene.
Drivers are advised that the Western Highway between Jenkinson Avenue and Curran Road is closed.
The investigation is ongoing and the Major Collision Investigation Unit is attending.
