Fortescue Metals Group (Fortescue) will commit $750,000 to Ronald McDonald House Charities Western Australia (RMHC WA) under a new three-year partnership.
RMHC WA has been making a real difference to the lives of Western Australians for more than 30 years, acting as a much-loved home away from home for thousands of Western Australian children and their families.
Fortescue Chief Executive Officer Elizabeth Gaines said, “Fortescue is proud of its long-term partnership with RMHC WA, which has seen team members contribute over A$1.4 million through a variety of fundraising activities and major events.
“Its essential service integrates with hospitals to provide family-centred care, accommodation, continued education for children and siblings, and a wonderful program of family wellbeing experiences.
“This support is invaluable, and Fortescue is proud to extend its support to RMHC WA through this new partnership, which will help keep more regional families together during the toughest of times,” Ms Gaines said.
