Fourth charged over Bossley Park murder, NSW

Another further man has been charged over a stabbing murder at a Bossley Park hair salon last week.

About 12.40pm on Friday 11 January 2019, emergency services were called to a hair salon on Mimosa Road, where they found a 20-year-old man with a stab wound to his upper body.

The man was taken to Liverpool Hospital, where he later died.

Following inquiries, an 18-year-old man was arrested shortly after and charged with murder. He remains before the courts.

Strike Force Etival was established by officers from Fairfield City Police Area Command – with assistance from the State Crime Command’s Homicide Squad – to investigate the circumstances surrounding the incident.

Yesterday, a 22-year-old man and a 17-year-old youth were charged with accessory after the fact to murder, and remain before the courts.

About 11.40am today (Thursday 17 January 2019), an 18-year-old man was arrested at an address in Bossley Park.

He was taken to Fairfield Police Station and charged with accessory before the fact to murder.

The man was refused bail to appear at Fairfield Local Court tomorrow (Friday 18 January 2019).
