Fraud charges at Caboolture

Moreton detectives have charged a woman after she allegedly obtained a significant amount of money under fraudulent circumstances from medical and health insurance claims.

Police will allege the woman fraudulently received approximately $1.4 million from a crisis care insurance claim.

A 54-year-old Caboolture has been charged with more than 200 forgery and fraud offences after investigations identified documentation allegedly provided to be fraudulent.

She is expected to appear in Caboolture Magistrates Court on June 29.
