Fresh Expertise For Greyhound Racing Board

VIC Premier

One of racing’s seasoned leaders will bring her expertise to Greyhound Racing Victoria (GRV), with the appointment of Carly Dixon to GRV’s Board.

She also brings a wealth of corporate knowledge, having served as Australia Pacific Airports Corporation (Melbourne Airport) General Manager of Corporate and Public Affairs from 2010 to 2018. Currently, she is the Chief Executive Officer of James MD Distribution.

Ms Dixon replaces outgoing board member Robert Greenall, whose term ended in January this year. Mr Greenall served as a member of the Board since 2015.

The Victorian greyhound racing industry contributes more than $643 million annually to the state’s economy and provides more than 4,700 full-time equivalent jobs.
