As stated by Detective Senior Sergeant Geoff Baber, Auckland City CIB:
Further charges have been filed as part of Operation Beverly, the investigation into alleged historical sexual offending at Dilworth School.
The further charges have been filed against a 72-year-old man who was already before the Court.
The man now faces two additional charges of sexual violation, two charges of indecent assault, and three charges of possession of child exploitation material.
He is expected to appear in Auckland District Court tomorrow morning.
Investigators working on Operation Beverly over the past two years have spoken with a number of former students who have been identified as being victims of sexual abuse while at the school.
