Participants in the Cotton Australia and CRDC Future Cotton Leaders program met in Griffith recently, under the guidance and leadership of facilitator Jo Eady.
The group spent time building connections and strengthening relationships, developing an understanding of their own personalities, learning from established business leaders, and enhancing their public speaking skills.
The 15 leadership program participants also visited farms and toured the Southern Cotton gin. The group will meet face-to-face again in the coming months as part of the program, with their final session taking place at the Australian Cotton Conference in August.
