The Adelaide Live Site at The Drive is the place to be to cheer on the CommBank Socceroos at the FIFA World Cup 2026™, with a huge screen, merchandise giveaways and free coffee for the early game.

As the Aussies hit the pitch in North America, South Australian fans can come together and enjoy live entertainment, plus the games on the giant, specially constructed 12x7m screen.

On Sunday 14 June, Australia meets Türkiye, in Vancouver. The Drive gates will open at 12.30pm for a 1.30pm kick-off.

On Saturday 20 June, Australia faces the USA, in Seattle. The Drive will open at 4am ahead of the game starting at 4.30am.

On Friday 26 June, Australia clashes with Paraguay, in San Francisco. The Drive will open from 10.30am with the game starting at 11.30am.

The first 100 fans at the 4.30am game next Saturday can score a free coffee and egg and bacon roll to help with the early start to the day.

Jarrod Walsh, the voice of live sport in Australia, will MC the events, with DJ Lesley Williams and DJ Kai Ward keeping the vibes high before kick-off.

World-record holding ball-juggler Bavo Freestyles will be at The Drive entertaining the crowd as he swaps his usual basketballs for soccer balls.

The Sunday session will also include a free ‘Go Aussies’ photobooth and Green & Gold face paint station.

Licensed venues have been given vital support, with South Australia’s liquor and gambling regulator cutting application fees for venues needing short-term licences to open outside their regular hours.

If the Aussies are successful in their World Cup journey, fans will continue to have the opportunity to cheer on the squad together, with details to be shared closer to the matches if required.

South Australians have a history of coming out in droves to back the nation’s soccer teams. During the FIFA Women’s World Cup™ in 2023 more than 87,000 fans packed into the city’s fan sites across the month-long tournament, with even more packing hospitality venues around the state.

These Adelaide Live Site events are a fantastic chance for fans to get their green and gold on, and come together to cheer on the Aussies as they take on Türkiye, the USA and Paraguay.

It’s also a great opportunity to show our support for the South Australians playing on the world stage.

South Australia has strong representation in the squad with five Socceroos playing junior soccer at local clubs.

With the city just a quick walk over the bridge, why not grab a bite before or after the clashes at the fantastic hospitality venues just a short stroll away.
