Great Western Highway is closed in both directions at Meadow Flat (west of Lithgow) due to a two truck crash near Diamond Swamp Road.
Due to adverse weather conditions in the area there is no suitable diversion between Lithgow and Bathurst.
Motorists are advised to delay their travel until the highway reopens.
Emergency services and traffic crews are at the scene of the crash.
